The Canberra Residence construction is now at foundation works, expected to be completed by end of Aug to mid of Sep 2011, another 10% expected to be called by developer by then.. All purchasers who purchased or purchasing with mortgage loan are advice to confirm and sign up with your respective bankers.
Due to closing process for purchasing materials, the choices of flooring material for Sky Residences (Penthouses) and Garden Residences (PES units) are fixed to "PRESCO CARINA" and Resort units fixed to "ROYAL BOTTIINO".
According to the construction progress, the expected move-in date or Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) will be roughly about end of 2013. The Latest TOP Date as stated on The Canberra Residences brochure is not later than 15-Nov-2015.
More than 90% of 320 units in The Canberra Residences had sold. There are still limited good units remained for booking*, i.e. Dual Keys 4+Study+1 pool view, 3+Study Penthouse that able to view the entire swimming pool, 2+Study Penhouse, and Ground Floor (PES) etc.
